After seeing Kristen Stewart hobble out of her limo on a pair of crutches, everyone was left wondering what had happend to the Twilight star. A couple days before this years Oscars ceremony, it was reported that Kristen injured the bottom of her foot by stepping on glass.

Ouch! K.Stew rocked the red carpet anyway with her beautiful Reema Acra gown and ditched her crutches for pictures as well as when she presented the award for Best Production Design alongside Daniel Radcliffe.
