Vanessa Hudgens took on a movie role that was completely out of character from what she usually plays, and it kind of took her a while to return to her normal self after filming. The High School Musical actress buzzed off her long hair, put on some grungy clothes and played a tomboy in a flick called Gimme Shelter. She even spent two weeks in a real homeless shelter to prepare for the role. What we're learning now is that after filming, Vanessa didn't really know who she was anymore and she had to rediscover her fun-loving girly self.
