Victoria Beckham may have been without her hubby David on her 39th birthday, but her eldest son Brooklyn stepped up as Victoria's dinner date! Victoria was seen leaving Nobu Restaurant in London where she enjoyed a birthday meal with her parents and sons while David was in Paris with his new soccer team Paris St. Germain. After the night was over, the birthday girl tweeted, "So much fun on my birthday!! Thank u so much!!!! X vb"
