Blake Lively stunned on the red carpet of the God’s Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards on Oct. 17. In her first public appearance since her Oct. 6 pregnancy announcement, the wife of Ryan Reynolds debuted her baby bump in a floor-length nude, purple and pink sparkly Michael Kors gown.
