Video: Lindsay Lohan Fires Attorney Day Before She's Due Back In Court

UPDATE 9.30AM PST - Shawn Holley did in fact attend court to represent Lindsay this morning and entered a plea of "not guilty" on her client's behalf. When asked if she was still representing Linday, Shawn said, "At this point, yes" and added that, "The representation issue will be nailed down." Lindsay has been ordered to attend a pretrial hearing scheduled for January 30.

Lindsay Lohan's legal woes continues and the lawyer, Shawn Holley, who has seen her through problem after problem over the years — well LiLo fired her on Monday.

The troubled starlet reportedly shut down a plea deal to do six months rehab rather than six months in jail and has now got a new East Coast based attorney. This all went down just hours before her Tuesday morning court date where she is supposed to enter a plea in her case where she is accused of lying to police. Lindsay is not expected to turn up.
