We don't know if she is aware of this, but Kim Kardashian is pregnant. The reality star boarded a 20-hour flight to Africa to attend a movie premiere. After a quick trip, the star was back in Los Angeles looking like she was in desperate need of some sleep. Check out the video above to see her sporting a loose fitting top and leggings.
