Jenelle Evans was fighting with boyfriend Nathan about whether or not to get an abortion (again), Kailyn Lowry weeping about not getting to see her baby full-time, Chelsea Houska's baby daddy was in a horrific car accident, and more drama. None of the ladies were in the happiest place, including Leah Messer Calvert.

Leah was bringing her sweet daughter Ali to yet another doctor's appointment. In this exclusive clip from the Teen Mom 2 reunion, Leah tells Dr. Drew about the latest with Ali's condition. She can't help but break down in tears while describing it—and you probably will, too, because it is just too sad. The Teen Mom 2 reunion airs tonight at 11pm on MTV.
