Just last month, Demi Lovato suffered from an apparent heroin overdose that left her fans, friends and family devastated. Now, new details are emerging from her overdose which ultimately led to her demise.

On July 24, at around four in the morning, the former Disney Channel sensation texted a drug dealer to comer over to her Hollywood home. She had previously been celebrating friend and backup dancer, Dani Vitale's birthday.
Demi bought the drug, Oxycodone that was laced with Fentanyl, which she smoked from tinfoil. After popping the drugs into her system, she allegedly laid down on her bed and began to breathe very heavily. After that, her dealer fled the scene and left her.

The actress was then given Narcan, a drug used to stop the effects of the OD and was immediately rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
Now, after two weeks of her hospitalization, Demi is returning to rehab.
