After Justin Bieber's last visit to London the singer has a new tattoo and a new name. According to the tattoo artist who worked on the 19-year-old, he described Bieber as "a spoiled brat." The UK man said he was asked to be on standby for the young celeb for more than 12 hours and then only got paid half his fee. Watch the video above to see his other claims.
