Reports have been swirling, saying new parents Beyoncé and Jay-Z paid a whopping $1.3 million to rent out an entire wing of Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, so they could be reassured the birth of their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, was private.

But now, according to the Today Show, Lenox Hill officials deny the couple made such a payment and say Beyoncé and Jay-Z are in an executive suite with their own security officials.

Hospital reps also confirm that the celebs were "billed the standard rate," and that no security plans would have prevented or delayed other parents from gaining access to their newborns.

This all comes in the wake of news that a couple, Neil and Ros Coulon, were denied access to their twin girls, born prematurely, in the ICU due to Beyoncé and Jay-Z's security detail.

"We were in the NICU and they told us we couldn't travel any farther," Ros tells Today's Craig Melvin. "We said, 'Why?' And they [security] said 'Uh, well, we're moving hazardous materials.' And I said, 'Really? On the maternity floor?' "

"They bounced my family off the sixth floor and in the waiting room and made them go downstairs," Neil adds.

Hospital officials have apologized to the Coulons, although, the couple says that an apology isn't enough.
