Antone Davis may have finished in second place during The Biggest Loser finale on Tuesday night, but don't let that fool you. It sounds like he's beaten the battle of the bulge!

Antone told OK! going into the finals he had to make a decision "about me personally and just do what I thought was best for me and my body and my family."
Considering John Rhode was a tough competitor, Antone could only focus on what he could control, things like sticking to a plate to not lose too much muscle. "I wanted to come out here looking fit," he said. "But I knew he was going to drop huge numbers to try to win it."
In fact, he told reporters in the final two weeks he "refused" to do anything extreme. He explained, "So I talked to a lot of past contestants and heard a lot of horror stories about things and I thought I am just not going to go own that road. I am just going to do my very best I can, present myself the best I can, and see what happens."
Normal life off the ranch includes cardio every day and living a non-deprived life. Considering he won't say he'll never eat ice cream or pizza again, he knows it's okay to eat those things but "will obviously do it much more moderation than I have in the past."
And how's this for a life changing experience? "It's so wild," he dished. "I never liked shopping, not because I ddn't like shopping but because I could not buy anything. Now I can go in any store in the mall, it's really freaky, to be able to buy at Hollister or whatever store. That's not for me and now I can. I can wear my kids' clothes. It's pretty wild."
