Jenni ‘JWOWW’ Farley shared her favorite smoothie recipe to combat those intense pregnancy cravings she's been having just hours before giving birth to her son Greyson Valor Mathews. She's raved about 310 Nutrition and how it has helped her and her family stay healthy. It may have even helped with the birth of her newborn son as well. After all, she did reveal it's one of her top hospital bag essentials! Everything worked out perfectly because her precious baby boy arrived healthy at 6:03 PM on May 5th, 2016.

JWOWW took to Instagram to share the news and even revealed that her husband, Roger Mathews, got to deliver her son with the doctor. She shared, "So blessed to welcome our precious son Greyson. He arrived healthy at 6:03pm tonight and the most beautiful part is Roger got to deliver him with our doctor. Our family is complete!" She teased that she took a bunch of videos and pics that she'll be sharing with her fans soon. We can't wait to see her precious son!

Earlier in the day, she revealed she was having intense cravings and that her go-to was 310 Nutrition's Blackberry Banana shake to help with them. Check out the recipe below!

Blackberry Banana Shake Recipe:

310 Shake in Vanilla

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 cup almond milk

1/2 a frozen banana

1 cup frozen blackberries

Directions: Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
