Jennifer Aniston already launched her sweet scent across the pond, and now you can smell like the A-list actress, too! Jen announced the sale of her fragrances in the U.S. exclusively at Sephora.com!
“I wanted this fragrance to be a personal library of scent memories," Jen said in a statement. "For example, my love of night blooming jasmine has lasted a lifetime. Growing up in California, I distinctly remember the scent of the jasmine on summer evenings."
Jen also received inspiration on her many trips to Greece where she fell in love with beaches, water and the warmth and solace of the outdoors.
“I consider the scent of the ocean to be one of life’s most uplifting sensual experiences," she said. "No aroma is quite so purifying, humbling and exhilarating. The combination of the salty air and tropical oils reminds me of long sunny days on the beach — pure happiness."
Jen was very involved in picking the various ingredients of her fragrance which include "top notes of Citrus Grove and Rose Water, middle notes of Blooming Jasmine, which she paired with Wild Violets and Amazon Lily; and finally, dry down notes include a Sensual Musk, Golden Amber and Sandalwood."
“Jennifer showed clear vision for the fragrance from the outset. It was a pleasure to work with her on this beautiful fragrance,” said Leon Falic, President, Falic Fashion Group, in a press release.
The actress's debut fragrance will be available on Sephora.com and in all nationwide Sephora retail stores in late March 2011.
In support of Aniston's continued charitable works, $1 of each Jennifer Aniston fragrance "LIKE" achieved on Sephora.com/Sephora's Facebook page will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
