After finishing up her Las Vegas performance last night, Marie Osmond was rushed straight to the hospital for concerns about her vocal cords and lungs.
According to the Las Vegas Sun, Marie's voice was becoming hoarse during the end of her Flamingo Las Vegas show on Wednesday night with Donny Osmond. The singer decided not to take any chance and went straight to the emergency room to have her vocal cords checked.
Marie's spokesman, Greg Sperry, said Marie was also complaining of tightness in her lungs, and she underwent a series of tests.
But good news!
After 90 minutes of evaluation, Marie was given the green light to perform again tonight!
Dr. Sperry did say that a few numbers may have to be cut short to let Marie's voice rest, but we bet her fans will just be happy she can still go on!
