Katherine, La Toya, Tito, Jackie and Marlon Jackson held a press conference today to announce a tribute concert scheduled for this fall for their son/brother Michael Jackson. But the whole family apparently isn't on  board. Jermaine and Randy Jackson issued a statement shortly calling the concert "inappropriate."

Michael's mother Katherine said the concert will be “world-class event” and explained “if my son was here today, he would feel the same way.”

Just after the press conference they released a statement saying the timing of the tribute concert was "inappropriate."

“While we wholeheartedly support the spirit of a tribute that honors our brother, we find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael’s death,” they wrote on Monday.

“There will come a time and place for an amazing and deserving tribute to Michael,” Jermaine and Randy Jackson wrote. “But we feel that the most important tribute we can give to our brother at this time is to seek justice in his name.”

Do you agree with Jermaine or Randy or do you think the tribute concert should take place as planned?
