Is a divorce on the horizon for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner? The proof is in the photos! After OK! reported that the actors are living separate lives, Ben and Jen were photographed together for the first time in over a month in May. But the married couple of almost 10 years isn’t tricking anyone, as their somber expressions say it all!
“He is always glowering, and she tries to smile, putting a brave face on everything,” a source told OK! magazine. The insider added that when the paparazzi aren’t snapping shots, Jen is “absolutely miserable.”
Their marital issues couldn’t be more obvious during a June 10 shopping trip where Ben was busted checking out his assistant! “It was a bizarre situation,” an eyewitness told OK!. “Ben looked really upset, like he didn’t want to be there, and he was paying more attention to the leggy blonde than to his wife.”

“He spoke mostly to her and barely made eye contact with Jen,” the witness said. While a car picked Jen up, Ben ended up leaving with the assistant and his daughter.
The reason the parents of Violet, 9, Serpahina, 6, and Samuel, 3, are on the outs is because of their different lifestyles. While Jen would rather stay home, Ben spends his days gambling.
