Michael Wainstein is done taking sole responsibility of his family’s massive debt. The soon-to-be ex husband of Jules Wainstein wants his pampered wife (and former Real Housewives of New York star) to pay up! RadarOnline.com has exclusively revealed the latest details behind the couple’s increasingly acrimonious divorce battle, in which Jules was recently called out for putting her needs before her family’s!
“We order the defendant to contribute to marital expenses,” Michael’s attorney Morghan Richardson said in a hearing this morning. “I have nothing from the defendant in her own taxes. She refuses to comply. She has earned income in the last two years, but nothing from her.”
The attorney also claimed that Jules has continued to spend money recklessly while Michael has done everything he can to take care of his family, from meeting with his children’s school to get financial aid to working out a payment plan with Con-Ed to keep the electricity on in the family’s Manhattan apartment.
“He’s borrowed money from parents and friends. Whenever he gets money, he gives it to her,” Morghan claimed. “He’s not buying new clothes and shoes. He’s not spending money on himself.”

Morghan alleged that Jules wastes much-needed money via online shopping on sites like Amazon, Zappos, and more. Michael’s attorney also accused Jules of feeding the couple’s children, Jagger and Rio, non-kosher food, Radar reported!
“There are purchases of non-kosher food and this is a continued problem,” Morghan claimed. “Jagger is telling my client he’s being fed clams. We take this seriously. The home had been blessed by Rabbis to be kosher.”
