OK! Exclusive: Inside Taylor Swift’s Insane Squad Membership Rules: ‘It’s Like Scientology!’
Forget, “on Wednesdays we wear pink,” Taylor Swift makes Regina George look like a nice girl! In order to be a part of Tay’s squad, you have to follow a set of commandments and an insider revealed to OKMagazine.com that it’s much more intense than her well-known diva tendencies.
The insider told OK! that Taylor has taken her squad membership rules to the next level and in order to be part of her personal entourage, there are requirements about who is allowed to date who, how they dress, what they tweet and even how they live!
Literally just like Mean Girls, the source said Taylor has an actual burn book with her girl code manifesto. “She’s written down a secret code or rulebook, with a bunch of dos and don’t for anyone who’s in the fold or part of her squad,” the insider revealed.
“First off there are to be no secrets, ever, and backstabbing’s a major no-no which is ironic because that’s pretty much all Taylor does herself,” the source claimed.

Taylor also insists that “none of the girls are allowed to forget each other’s birthdays,” and all social media postings that even make mention Taylor “all have to be approved by her first.”

Swift also has orders about what “stylists they have to use” for their own personal special events as well as “having each and every boyfriend approved” by Taylor herself!
“It’s like a Scientology set-up but Taylor’s adamant it’s this way or the highway,” the insider added.
The source said there’s “a ton of other stuff,” but clearly was too worried about the wrath of Taylor! Yikes!
