If you think Whitney Port is a typical food-phobic fashion chick — think again. Her attitude toward her body, fitness and diet are refreshingly healthy. The star of MTV’s The City tells OK! that she’s not one to go hungry. “I’m a really big snacker!”
Her favorite snacks: popcorn and frozen yogurt.
“If I don’t constantly have energy from food then I get in a bad mood.” Whitney, 25, even allows herself one day a week — usually Sundays — to eat “what I want… Everything in moderation,” she says.
“There are times when I’ll look at someone and say, ‘I totally wish I looked like that,'” but Whitney swears she doesn’t stress about being a certain size.
