The end of the second season of Teen Mom has the young parents and their families reflecting on the future. Farrah Abraham is finding new ways to tackle grief from Derek's death. Maci Bookout is still battling feelings for her son's father Ryan Edwards and current boyfriend Kyle King. Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are focusing on their education (inspired by Carly), and Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley are constantly working on mending their troubled relationship.

Farrah explains she is ready to be in a healthy relationship.

"I really only had one boyfriend and that was Sophia's dad," the young mom explained. "I don't ever want to go through a rollercoaster relationship again."

Farrah also explains she is looking to be with someone who is very stable.

Her mom, Debra Danielson, shares that she lost a fiancé and wants to help Farrah deal with her grief.

"My mom can help me out and relate to me, I'm happy about that," the 18-year-old mom confessed.

Catelynn and Tyler are focused on their education, explaining "Carly pushed them" to get their degrees.

Catelynn says she wants to be a pediatric nurse, whereas Tyler wants to go into social work, with a focus on youth and children.
