Toddlers & Tiaras star Eden Wood said it herself — she’s “real famous.” So instead of continuing to perform in pageants, Eden is launching a music career instead at the age of 6.
Annette Hill, the director of Universal Royalty Beauty Pageant in Texas, confirmed the news of Eden’s retirement to E! News.
“She’s past beauty pageants right now,” Hill explained. “She’s a performer and an entertainer. Beauty pageants are a stepping stone for any performer, look at Sarah Palin and Oprah Winfrey.”
So Eden is moving on from the stage and heading to the recording studio to start a career in singing.
“She’s been competing for the last two years with us and she is going to be a huge star,” Hill said. “People love her, she’s a baby doll. I think her heart and soul is performing and she’s trying her best to get a record deal. She wants her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Here comes Eden Wood!”
And Justin Bieber apparently better watch out!
“Just like you know Justin, you’ll know Eden,” she said.
But Eden will perform in one more pageant show in Melbourne, Australia.
