‘RHONY’ Stars REJECTED From ‘DWTS’: The Show Is Anti-New York City ‘Housewives’

No Dancing With The Stars for you! The Real Housewives Of New York will have to save their dance moves for the Bravo cameras.
“DWTS isn’t anti Housewives — it’s just anti-New York City Housewives!” an insider exclusively revealed to . “They’ve had Jersey, Beverly Hills and Atlanta ladies on, but no one from New York City.”
“RHONY star Bethenny Frankel was pushing hard to get on the show again this season and even contacted her ‘friend’ host Tom B.,” the source added. “She has visited the show as a guest and sat from row in the audience, but they just don’t want her on as a contestant. Countess Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer have also both tried to get cast, but producers rejected both of them too.”

According to Radar, RHONY ratings are on a steady decline, and insiders revealed that viewers aren’t as interested in the NY ladies like the other franchises! As OK! readers know, RHOBH star Erika Girardi will be competing on the upcoming season of DWTS.
Housewives stars Kim Zolciak, Nene Leakes and Lisa Vanderpump have previously appeared on the ABC dancing show.
