Hillary Clinton and Katy Perry are apparently big old fans of each other. There are definitely some unexpected friendships in the celebrity world, but this one is a doozy! The two recently tweeted some affection toward each other, and suggested they may be working together in the future.

Katy met the (possible) presidential hopeful at a book party, and posted the above happy pic of the duo. "I told @hillaryclinton that I would write her a 'theme' song if she needs it..." Katy wrote, along with little emojis of the American flag and a woman's face.

Pretty cute, ladies! The lyrics to "Roar" do sound a bit like a campaign anthem: "You held me down, but I got up. Already brushing off the dust. You hear my voice, you hear that sound. Like thunder gonna shake the ground." Can't wait to see what's next for these unlikely pals.
