She’s used to being attacked by the media, but Kim Kardashian was attacked in real life in Paris.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was exiting her car with husband, Kanye West, on Thursday to attend the Balmain show. When the vehicle pulled up to the venue, there was already a mob of fans and paparazzi waiting for the “World’s Most Talked About Couple” to emerge en route to the show at Paris Fashion Week.

However, when the 33-year-old mother stepped out of the car wearing a white Balmain dress, fans stampeded to get a photo of the reality queen.

At one point, the swarm became so violent that Kardashian was nearly knocked to the ground!

Thankfully, Mrs. West had her bodyguard in tow, who helped ward off the unruly fans and keep her safe.

Kanye, who exited from the other side of the car, was ok and made it through the ordeal unscathed.

The entire chaotic scene was caught on video and as well as by the many photographers on the scene.

Once the couple made it into the show’s venue, they appeared calm, like the incident never happens, as they sat front row with Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner.

It was a full family affair, too, since Kendall Jenner, 18, walked in the show, wearing a slinky black cut-out dress and minimal makeup.

Thankfully, the couple left their daughter, North West, at home for this show unlike yesterday when they brought the 15-month-old, who is now walking!, to the Balenciaga
