MTV, USA, CBS and FOX—all of our favorite networks got something major happening on TV tonight. Here's the lowdown:

Hell's Kitchen. 8pm on Fox. The 16 contestants must make side dishes to go with protein, and the winners take a trip to Laguna Beach to hang out with Lauren Conrad! JK about the Lauren Conrad part though.
