Rach has been one of my style crushes ever since her OC days and she always brings it when it comes to nailing a trend. Zipper detailing? Check. Poppy, digital, floral print? Check. Crop top, Hawaiian-inspired, scuba-esque? Check, check, check. It's just so good, especially paired with that electric, white, strappy heel. I can't wait to see which other celebs break out in MILLY's showstopping spring looks.
