Sonja Morgan is getting her wish for Bethenny Frankel to “eat crow!”

The Real Housewives of New York City star’s business venture, Tipsy Girl, is nearly open for business!

Tipsy Girl CEO Peter Guimaraes shared photos of inside the gorgeous New York City lounge exclusively with OKMagazine.com. Located at 45 West 8th Street, guests can sip on Tipsy Girl sparking rose and Prosecco imported from Italy and with a fun menu while relaxing — or turning it up! — in the sultry space.

Of course, there will be some Real Housewives sightings — even performances from Sonja herself —though we doubt Frankel will frequent the soon-to-be hotspot.

On RHONY, Bethenny called it a “fake business” and wrote it off as one of Sonja’s “cockamamie” ideas that would never amount to anything. However, Tipsy Girl was officially recognized as a trademark by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on June 27, Guimaraes said, despite Frankel's failed attempt to take it down.
