Thank heaven Kim Kardashian has her family!
The reality star is due to give birth to her first child in July but the baby's daddy, Kanye West seems to be absent from all the important pregnancy milestones!

Case in point—when Kim went to the doctors to find out if she is having a boy or a girl, Kanye was nowhere to be seen, instead it was her mom, Kris Jenner, and sisters Khloe and Kourtney who were holding her hand.

The important moment was caught on camera for an upcoming episode of Keeping up With the Kardashians, and OKMagazine.com has a clip.
And it's a..... Cameras quickly cut away before the doctor revealed the baby's gender
But, don't expect the reality family to give away the gender, the camera cuts off just before the doctor announces the exciting news!

Kris is obviously highly excited by the visit, as you can hear her squealing throughout the ultrasound procedure.
"Look at that! Look at the little ankle! Oh Kim look!' Kris shrieks as the doctor scans heavily made-up Kim's tummy.
"Do you see a little pee pee?"

Baby daddy Kanye West has been away in Paris throughout the majority of Kim's pregnancy
Kim has said she wants to keep the baby's gender a secret, but as OKMagazine.com previously reported, it appears the cat is out of the bag!

The debate over whether Kim's having a boy or girl has been raging ever since the 32-year-old announced she was pregnant. However, the baby shower invite has been leaked, and the verdict is in: It's looking like Kimye's expecting a bouncing baby girl!
The unique invite consists of a music box with a spinning ballerina, and when the box's lid is opened it plays a lullaby version of Kanye's song "Hey Mama."
Kim was accompanied by mom Kris Jenner when she landed in Paris this week—Kanye is away in Italy!
The cream-colored invite embedded in the box says Kris Jenner, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and Shelli Azoff—the wife of Hollywood-manager Irving Azoff— are hosting the special June 2 event. Guests are kindly requested to come dressed in garden-chic attire.
