Candace Cameron Bure's Son Lev Is Engaged At 20 Years Old: 'I Cannot Wait To Be Your Husband'

So much to celebrate! Candace Cameron Bure's son Lev got engaged to girlfriend Taylor Hutchison on August 28. "She said YES!!! Last night my son @levbure proposed to his beautiful girlfriend @taylorrhutchison," the Fuller House star, 44, captioned a photo of her son and Hutchison on Instagram. "We are SO excited for these cuties!!! #Engaged! And this mama/mama-in-love can't wait for wedding planning shenanigans!!!" 

Lev, 20, also took to Instagram to celebrate the notable milestone. “All glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I cannot wait to be your husband! ?,” he exclaimed with joy.

Naturally, Lev's comments section was flooded with warm wishes. “Now time to find my husband boi, get to work,” his older sister, Natasha Bure, quipped. “I love you guys too much,” she added in a separate message. "YEAH BABY THAT’S MY FIANCÉ," Hutchison exclaimed. Candace added, "We love you both so much!!! And so happy for Taylor to become a Bure!! We are so proud of you, son."

Meanwhile, Hutchison's mom also couldn't help but gush over the bride-to-be and Lev. “Over the last year and a half we’ve watched the love between my daughter @taylorrhutchison and @levvbure grow,” she wrote. “We are so excited for them and can’t wait for their journey to begin!”

The lovebirds also celebrated their first year anniversary earlier this year. “A year of lovin you,” Hutchison wrote in May alongside a photo of her man.

It wasn’t just Lev who got engaged at an early age — his mother, Cameron, also got married when she was 20. Now, the mom of three has been with her husband, Valeri Bure, for 24 years. 

So, what's Candace's secret to a lasting marriage, which she will hopefully pass onto to her son? “The reality is the glue for us is Jesus,” she told PEOPLE in 2018. “It’s the Bible. You know, when there are arguments or we’re compromising and in ways, it’s always like, ‘Well, let’s just go back to the Bible.’ It’s the foundation for us. So it’s not about winning or losing. But doing this journey together.”

Luckily, Candace "feels great" about her kids dating since "they have a good head on their shoulders," she told Us Weekly. "They’re all looking for good people to hang out with, or date, looking for a wife, looking for a husband and I’m proud of that. … I wish that they would date more in a sense. That sounds so weird!”
