Lady in lavender! On Friday, June 18, Kate Middleton celebrated the launch of her own Centre for Early Childhood in London.
For the afternoon occasion, the Duchess of Cambridge looked lovely in a light purple frock from L.K. Bennett featuring a sweetheart neckline, cap sleeves, a fitted silhouette and a pencil skirt with a back vent.
The royal-approved shift dress, which retailed for $370 before selling out, was part of the Royal Ascot x L.K.B collection.
The elegant mom-of-three, who shielded herself from the sprinkles with a colorful striped umbrella, accessorized with timeless $675 Gianvito Rossi nude suede pumps, necklaces by Astley Clarke and Spells of Love and Halcyon Days gold and aquamarine bangle.
She also wore her diamond and sapphire drop earrings, which were a gift from husband Prince William and originally owned by his mother, Princess Diana.
Speaking during a roundtable discussion, the 39-year-old stressed she was "really excited" to launch the The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, which will drive focus on bringing to light the extraordinary impact of the early years in order to transform society for generations to come.
