Before Kelly Ripa took a hiatus from LIVE With Kelly & Ryan this week, the blonde beauty was consistently turning out stylish look after stylish look.

On the March 5 episode of the hit ABC talk show, the fashionable 50-year-old accessorized her outfit with a vintage-inspired cameo brooch. The statement piece was perfectly placed on the top left side of her high-waisted black pants, which she teamed with a simple, sleek white turtleneck.

Ripa confirmed that it was a cameo and revealed it was actually a gift from renowned Harlem restaurateur chef Melba Wilson. "I complimented her on it and she gave it to me," she gushed. "I am blown away by her kindness. She also gave me two sweet potato pies."
