Eat Me: A Delicious Stuffed Mushroom Holiday Appetizer by Haylie Duff!
Appetizers—just call 'em the 7th heaven of edible holiday treats. Despite their "bite-size" nature, they do a whole lot for a party filled with hungry friends. This season, skip out on the fish sticks (because that's so 1995) and brownie bites (9th grade Christmas party, much?) and serve up a recipe that an amazing celebrity foodie loves.
Haylie Duff, the older sister of Hilary Duff, actress, and now cookbook author, has mastered the art of light bites with this Sausage and Thyme Stuffed Mushrooms hors d'oeuvre from her new cookbook, The Real Girl's Kitchen. With grated parmesan and zest from added jalapeño, it'll please a variety of palates.
This is just one of the many easy-to-make yet tasteful creations Haylie DIYs in her new work. Check out the recipe below and make sure to click here to check out the cookbook!
