After renovating her house, sending her kids off to college, and maybe experimenting with a new hairstyle, Theresa Caputo returns to TLC for season 5 of Long Island Medium, and clearly there's some big changes at play. We chatted with everyone's favorite Long Island mama (no offense, Dina Lohan) to talk about this season's changes, doing readings on fans, and more. It's all below!

OK!: Season 5 seems like it's bringing lots of changes for you and your husband now that the kids are out of the house. What's the biggest change we'll see you go through?
Theresa Caputo: The biggest change is definitely getting used to the house being so quiet!
OK!: Will we still get to see your kids on the show? Victoria wasn't in the trailer!
TC: Oh yeah! No worries... plenty of Victoria and plenty of Larry coming your way!
OK!: What is your favorite thing about season 5 and why do you think people should tune in?
TC: My favorite thing about season 5 was being able to deliver beautiful messages of healing and hope to a group of women at a correctional facility. The amazing thing about having the opportunity to do Long Island Medium is that even though you are not getting read you can still receive the gift of healing through other people's messages.

OK!: Have you ever been wrong during a reading?
TC:It's all about spirit and interpretation and spirit is never wrong in what they are trying to interpret to a loved one. Sometimes people aren't able to connect with it right away, but they realize it after they have time to absorb what was just said!

OK!: Where's the weirdest place you've gotten a message from a spirit?
TC: The shower.
OK!: Ha! Have you ever done readings on fans? How do they differ from your clients' readings?
TC: There is no difference when spirit is channeling. A message is a message. Client, fan it is all the same.
OK!: Katie Lowes from Scandal has admitted that she loves your show. What are some of your favorite scripted shows on TV?
TC: I love Law and Order, Glee and The Sopranos.
