Rizzoli and Isles. 9pm on TNT. If you like watching TV shows about kick-butt ladies, tune into the season 4 premiere tonight which will be full of family tension and political drama and, you know, kick-butt ladies.

Catfish. 10pm on MTV. The dramatic online dating story of Cassie and Steve kicks off season 2, which, as you can tell from this trailer, is super emotional. Also, Nev Schulman and Max Joseph, guys! Cannot get enough of those two.

My Teen is Pregnant and So Am I. 10pm on TLC. This show is addictive, but it's also really sad to see the pregnant mom/daughter pairs struggle financially and with their baby daddies more and more each week. But still, like we said, it's addictive.
