Adam Brody's Girlfriend Clears Up His K-Stew Comments

Adam Brody's girlfriend, Lorene Scafaria, has his back. According to Lorene, Adam's answer to Diablo Cody's recent interview question wasn't about Kristen Stewart and he would never say a bad word about a co-star.

In an interview with writelikecody.com, Lorene was asked to clarify all the talk about Adam and Kristen.

"Ah, Red Band Trailer," she said. "I think Diablo's question was the only real mention of K-Stew. Is that really her nickname?"

"I've been around the guy enough to know he's never said a bad word about his co-stars, especially the ladies... not even to make a certain gf feel better about making out with such a beautiful girl when she was 14. Plus we watch Adventureland like every other week," she added. "She's rad. He's a sweetheart. The end."

In the interview, Diablo asked Adam, “Do you enjoy being famous, or do you wish you could just be an actor apart from that, a la Kristen Stewart?”

While he didn't personally say Kristen's name, he did say, "You know you mentioned... and it's like, 'quit.' "
