'America's Got Talent' Judge Howard Stern Says NBC Threatened Him

After calling Jay Leno a "spineless maggot" on his radio show last week, shock jock Howard Stern is feeling the consequences.

After reminding radio listeners that he slammed the late night host, Howard 'fessed up: "I got a threatening kind of comment from one of the NBC executives." Despite the comment, it sounds like it was business as usual for Howard, who continued to show who reigns supreme on his show.
Basically it sounds like the comment had a counter effect -- it apparently made Howard want to rant about Jay even more!

He added, “I was laughing my a-- off. I said, ‘Do not tell me to not talk about Jay Leno. I will f--king talk about Jay Leno for four hours if you tell me not to. I was done with Jay, now I’m all fired up again. F--k Jay!”

The America's Got Talent judge added, “Take my job away from me. Who cares?”
Think he's kidding? Howard wants everyone to know who calls the shots — and, apparentl,y it's not anyone in an office. “Don’t f**kin’ threaten me. I don’t answer to anybody.”
