Are Ryan Lochte and Carmen Electra a Hot New Couple?

The question, "What Would Ryan Lochte Do?" is also the title for Ryan Lochte's upcoming docu-series—and it looks like we already have an answer! E! is reporting that the Olympian swimmer got caught kissing Carmen Electra at Bootsy Bellows in Hollywood.

"They were in a booth together and he had his arm around her and they were kissing on the lips," says an eyewitness of the pair's romantic March 5 rendezvous. "At one point, they were standing up and kissing and everyone saw them."

After their night out, Ryan posted a picture to his Instagram with the caption: "Me and beautiful @carmenelectra my biggest crush since childhood. Finally meeting her. #jeah"

"They are both single and having fun and it was very flirty," a source tells E!, adding the stars met while Ryan was shooting his reality show earlier in the day. "She was his first crush and so I think that's why they were introduced. They hit it off straight away and decided to hang out that night."
