Bachelorette Recap: Ali & the Guys Strike a Beach Pose
June 1 2010, Published 8:57 a.m. ET
A hilarious second episode of The Bachelorette aired last night, when Ali Fedotowsky took her remaining 12 bachelors to the beach for a charity calendar photo shoot. The handsome men did their best to strut their stuff and pose for Ali in Speedos or “mankinis.” Ty, a medical salesman, stole the spotlight when he serenaded Ali in front of everyone.
Later on, Ali received alone time with some lucky men when she took off on two one-on-one dates: one with Frank Neuschaefer, followed by Jesse Beck.

Ali picked up Frank in a vintage convertible and ended up walking down Hollywood Boulevard as paparazzi horded around them. The retail manager from Geneva, Ill. kept his cool when the convertible unexpectedly died and they were left no choice but to catch a cab.
"This is exactly what I wanted," boasted Frank. "I'm here for one reason only, and that's to fall in love with Ali. I know she's here for one reason only, and that's to fall in love with one of us. I hope I'm that guy... If for some reason I don't get a rose on this first date, I'll be heartbroken.”

On the date, Ali and Frank had their first sizzling make out session and spoke about their feelings towards one another.
Ali seems to like Frank, telling him she liked his unique qualities by saying, "There's nothing normal about you."
Jesse, who is a general contractor, was her next solo date. Jesse flew on a private jet to meet up with Ali in Las Vegas, where they attended a private concert and had an elaborate dinner, followed by some very intimate dancing.

The two dates turned out to be successful because both men received roses at the end of their solo time with Ali, and will be returning next week!

However three men must not have made a lasting enough impression for Ali because Craig M., Tyler V., and Chris H., were left without roses and sent home. Craig was given the boot after Jonathan, aka "The Weatherman," warned Ali repeatedly that he was "dangerous," both in the house and to her.
Stay tuned next week on Monday, June 7 when Ali whittles down her choices even more on her hunt for true love!
