In Barbara's ABC special, "10 Fascinating People" are highlighted for their achievements over the pat year.
Barbara asks Betty to describe this past year for her.
"It's been a bear. It has really been," Betty said. "It's been full and wonderful but everybody says, 'Oh Betty, it's so nice that you've had such a nice comeback.' I hate to say it, I've never been away guys I've been working steadily for the last 63 years."
Not shying away from the tough questions, Barbara asked Betty that at 83 and 3/4 years old does one still have sex?
"If one gets lucky, I bet they do!" she said. "I think you're still interested in sex, I certainly do. I think it's an attitude."
Barbara also talks about Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, is the world's youngest billionaire. "It's Mark Zuckerberg's world now and we're just living in it," Barbara said.
And oh baby, Barbarba interviews Justin Bieber about his strict mother and confronts the 16-year-old on the photos of him kissing a girl.
But he tells Barbara, he doesn't have a girlfriend!

Next up were the cast of the Jersey Shore were nervous to have an interview with Barbara.
Barbara asks the cast how many are Italian American? What do you say to people who say this is really a bad picture of Italian Americans.
" We're just out there having a good time," Pauly D explained. "We're not trying to represent all Italians."
"Represent yourself," JWoww added.
Sandra Bullock was next on Barbara's list for showing humor and grace in the sense of adversity.

Lebron James also made Barbara's list and explained his decision for choosing the Miami Heat.

Barbara then reviews Kate Middleton as another "Most Fascinating" person and then moves on to Sarah Palin.
"Will you run for president?" Barbara asked.
"I will run for president if I believe I have the best shot to win the race," Sarah said.
