It seems that Broadway's Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, a show fraught with injuries, technical issues and actor departures, has experienced yet another setback. For the third time producers have decided to postpone opening night and keep it in the dark a little bit longer. This time around, we hear the most expensive show in Broadway's history will make its official debut on March 15.

According to Playbill, the $65 million production was pushed back from Feb. 7 to March 15 to address technical issues. As producers mentioned the lengthened preview schedule allows for limited rehearsal time, the additional five weeks will help them "fully execute the creative team's vision before freezing the show."

Despite all of the injuries, when the show finally does get off the ground it may finally become a hot ticket on the Great White Way. Featuring new music and lyrics by Bono and The Edge, the cast includes Reeve Carney as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Next to Normal Tony nominee Jennifer Damiano as Mary Jane Watson and Patrick Page, a Broadway Veteran, as Norman Osborn/The Green Goblin.
