"I kind of botched my first dance, which I hadn’t the entire week I rehearsed it," Candace told reporters backstage after the show. "That was my dance that I had down pat and I thought if anything I could get a 10 on this dance. I was very worried about the jazz dance. And so when I went out there and blanked at a couple of points I was really disappointed with myself. The mom of three was in amazing shape before she started her journey on Dancing with the Stars, but the intensity of the competition has helped Candace become even more toned. Something she documents for herself each week before the show in what might be the most adorable DWTS tradition ever.

"I take my Monday ab picture in my trailer," she admits. "I don’t think I’ll post it—they’re for me. It’s neat to see the transformation week by week."
