What's Candace Cameron Bure's Weekly Dancing with the Stars Tradition?

Thanks to countless hours of rehearsal, stellar choreography from pro partner Mark Ballas and some serious fan support, Candace Cameron Bure is moving on to the finals on Dancing with the Stars. But the actress admits the moment she found out she was safe from elimination on Monday night's show was a little bittersweet.

"I kind of botched my first dance, which I hadn’t the entire week I rehearsed it," Candace told reporters backstage after the show. "That was my dance that I had down pat and I thought if anything I could get a 10 on this dance. I was very worried about the jazz dance. And so when I went out there and blanked at a couple of points I was really disappointed with myself. But then they declared us safe so I was wanting to cry but then I was very happy at that moment because I realized we were going to the finals."

The mom of three was in amazing shape before she started her journey on Dancing with the Stars, but the intensity of the competition has helped Candace become even more toned. Something she documents for herself each week before the show in what might be the most adorable DWTS tradition ever.
"I take my Monday ab picture in my trailer," she admits. "I don’t think I’ll post it—they’re for me. It’s neat to see the transformation week by week."
