Charlie Sheen's Christmas Day incident, where he allegedly assaulted his wife Brooke Mueller, has now resulted in Charlie being charged with felony menacing, according to law enforcement.
In addition to the felony, Charlie will be charged with a misdemeanor, TMZ reports.
The criminal complaint will be late Friday or early Monday and the Two and a Half Men star is set to appear in court Monday for an arraignment, but is not expected to enter a plea, according to TMZ.
The judge will also hear arguments from Brooke and Charlie's lawyers to lessen the protective order prohibiting any contact between them.
