Chelsea Handler Admits She Needs "New Jokes" After Angelina Jolie Criticism

Chelsea Handler was scolded yesterday by the ladies on The View for her jokes made about Angelina Jolie over the weekend during her comedy show. Last night on Chelsea Lately, the host reacted to her criticism, saying it must be time to write some new jokes!

Since Chelsea is friends with Jennifer Aniston and even spent Thanksgiving with her, it seemed her comments about Brad Pitt's new partner were said to stand up for her friend.

But Chelsea explained that making fun of Angie started well before she hooked up with Brad.

"I've been making fun of Angelina Jolie since she made out with her brother," Chelsea explained on her show.

During her comedy show in Newark, N.J., over the weekend, Chelsea called Angie some nasty names. Although she's been telling jokes about Angie for fives years, E! News reports, Chelsea says she's learned a lesson from the new criticism.

"That should tell you that you should get some new material," comedian and round-table member Josh Wolf told Chelsea. "Maybe it's time for a new joke."

"It's true!" Chelsea said. "If I've learned nothing from this, it's to write some new jokes."

While Chelsea may just be telling the same jokes as she always has, her friendship with Jen makes people wonder what Jen thinks of Chelsea continuing the jokes? Is she for it or against it?
