According to TMZ, David Arquette was just injured in a head-on car collision. But no worries — David's rep tells OK!, "He's fine and on his way to be treated."

TMZ reports that David was driving in West Hollywood when his car veered into oncoming traffic.
David has been photographed by TMZ lying on the ground and, according to the site, he is bleeding.

A witness tells TMZ that David was behind a car that stopped suddenly, so he swerved to avoid it and turned into oncoming traffic.
Courteney Cox's estranged husband then slammed his Cadillac into a car going in the opposite direction.
He was taken away in an ambulance from the scene.
