Her trainer, Joey Rubino, revealed how she stays motivated to OK! magazine.

The “Really Don’t Care” singer works out on the regular, eats healthy and even exercises backstage before shows!

“She’s a huge kickboxing fan, and she’s really good at it,” Joey told OK!

As for a diet, Demi doesn’t diet! The 22-year-old, rather, has a “healthy eating plan.”

“I have her juicing, and all meals consist of protein and vegetables,” her trainer said.
