“She’s a huge kickboxing fan, and she’s really good at it,” Joey told OK!

As for a diet, Demi doesn’t diet! The 22-year-old, rather, has a “healthy eating plan.”

“I have her juicing, and all meals consist of protein and vegetables,” her trainer said.
