Denise Richards Could Testify in Charlie Sheen Case

After a torrential Christmas for Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller, the Two and a Half Men star’s ex-wife Denise Richards may be called to the stands to testify in his court proceedings regarding domestic abuse.
According to TMZ, Denise may be asked to recall an incident she had with Charlie in 2005 if the Pitkin County D.A. asks the actress to testify during his upcoming Aspen trial.

In the account Denise says that Charlie, “Pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders. I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children's toys and fell on the floor with Lola,” during a spat the couple shared.
Denise signed a decleration of her statement after filing for a retsraiing order on Charlie right before their divorce, TMZ reports.

Charlie was arrested in Dec. 2009 for a similar dispute with Brooke, who is now in a Malibu rehab center for addiction.
Denise has two children with Charlie from their 2002 marriage, Sam, 5, and Lola, 4.
