As Teen.com pointed out, Justin's fans can't stop talking about the "Baby" singer's fourteenth tattoo.

Some say it looks exactly like Selena, while others insist the tattoo could also represent Avalanna Routh, the little girl suffering from brain cancer who JB befriended and referred to as "Mrs. Bieber" and his angel.
