There is a Twitter account using the name Dr. Conrad Murray and asking fans for prayers and support, but it's not Conrad — it's a fraud.

One day after Conrad appeared in court to face an involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of his patient Michael Jackson, someone on a Twitter account under his name sent out the following Tweet:

TMZ spoke to Conrad's lawyer who said, "It is 100 perfect fake. He doesn't even have a smart phone."
