Eat Me: Halloween Cupcakes That Are Too Cute to Pass Up
Sure, Halloween candy might go on sale (i.e. the candy bars you'll scoop up during the first week of November) but cupcakes dyed in fun neon colors and decorated with ghosts, spider webs of icing, and sprinkles that take the shape of pumpkins just plain disappear. And we're not talking about a Harry Potter apparition trick.
Magnolia Bakery, Crumbs, and Baked by Melissa all have these gems ready to give your sweet tooth a vacation before your teeth get to chattering in that haunted mansion attraction.
In Baked by Melissa fashion, the miniature bites are a quarter size in circumference and are, well, SO CUTE. The Green Monsters are staring at us, and we might have to go meet 'em. These three are available even beyond Hallow's Eve. You can get them until November 3rd. Because really, shouldn't Halloween be extended in the name of sweets?
Crumbs cupcakes are a little bigger in size and are just as festive. Today is the last day to pick up one of their spooky baked goods. And on another note, who else is obsessed with the Casper cupcake?

Going to NYC without a trip to Magnolia Bakery is too sad. The dessert haven offers costumed cakes, too.
